Bissel B Elsternwick
Bissel B is a café fit-out in Elsternwick for an energetic New-York-Style bagelry. Striking colour envelops the senses and makes manifest a narrative of corporate green, fragrant yellow, and grey city skyline and art deco references. Layouts and materials enhance spatial interest, and a humble bagel café transcends into synaethsetic delight.
This project represents a shared vision brought to life by our dedicated team. We respectfully acknowledge the Bunurong people, also known as the Boonwurrung people, traditional custodians of this land, whose enduring care and connection continue to inspire our work.
